Although it's popular all over the world, the traditional version is very different and really delicious!!

Çiğ köfte. This was one of my favorite Turkish dishes. It's a flat bread roll with a paste made from meat, tomatoes and spices, fresh lettuce, lemon juice, and Tursu.. Amazingly delicious!!

Sirinçe is also famous of it's fruit wines. Mustafa Yilmaz sells some of the local specialities in a quaint little shop in Sirinçe. He was telling us that he is well known in the fruit wine circles and they call him "Einstein"..
